How it works

  • 1. Send a Request

    Request an Application for Kitchen Use Packet by emailing collectiverootsik@gmail.com. The application packet will include Oklahoma State Department of Health and Food Handlers Insurance requirments for using the kitchen as well as guidelines for use.

  • 2. Return Application

    Email your completed Application for Kitchen Use to collectiverootsik@gmail.com. Applicants will be notified of approval within 3 business days. Verification of all requirements must be submitted prior to applicate being approved and scheduling dates for use.

  • 3. Schedule Dates for Use

    Schedule dates for kitchen use by contacting collectiverootsik@gmail.com. 

  • 4. Submit Payment

    Payment for use of the kitchen is due prior to receiving the key code for the dates to be used.
